Marc Guehi prefers Arsenal or Liverpool over Manchester City in a new twist, while the Gunners also look to be keen on Jeremy Jacquet amid ongoing interest in Bradley Barcola, Tino Livramento and Romeo Ritter.
Chelsea are searching for the first signing of the Liam Rosenior era, with Jacobo Ramon potentially now on their radar along with Fermin Lopez, Rafael Leao and Valentin Barco, while they continue to be linked with an audacious move for Vinicius Jr. Manchester United are serious contenders in the race for Elliot Anderson and are looking to hijack Arsenal’s swoop for Igor Tyjon, while there are renewed fears over an exit for Bruno Fernandes. Marc Guehi may hold out for a switch to Arsenal this summer in a new twist, reports claim.
Manchester City want to sign the Crystal Palace captain this month following injuries to Ruben Dias and Josko Gvardiol, with Arsenal and Liverpool keen on moving in the summer - when his current contract at Selhurst Park expires.
According to The Athletic, Guehi prefers Arsenal or Liverpool - the latter of whom saw a £35m deal for his signature collapse in dramatic fashion at the 11th hour on summer deadline day - to City and wants to remain at Palace until the end of the season.

Michael Carrick is now the favourite to be appointed as Manchester United interim manager, jumping ahead of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer in a shock late twist.
Solskjaer was last week considered the frontrunner for the role following initial talks with the club board.
Carrick held face-to-face talks with chief executive Omar Berrada and director of football Jason Wilcox took place on Thursday at the club’s Carrington training ground, before Solskjaer sat down with the pair on Saturday.
The Guardian report that no offer has been made to either candidate, but it is Carrick who is now expected to be appointed on a deal until the end of the season.

Fabio Paratici is set to leave his role as co-sporting director at Tottenham at the end of the winter transfer window.
Paratici only returned to Spurs in October after he left in 2023 due to allegations of false accounting at former club Juventus.
The Italian subsequently received a 30-month ban imposed by FIFA, but worked as a consultant for Tottenham before he officially rejoined earlier this season and yet his second spell in north London will be short-lived.
According to The Athletic, Paratici will return to Italy to take over at Serie A club Fiorentina following the conclusion of the January transfer window, which closes on February 2.
