It took the hosts less than five minutes to open the scoring as Jhon Arias fired them in front, before Hwang Hee-chan converted from the penalty spot just under 30 minutes later.
Then, moments before the break, Wolves extended their lead to three goals courtesy of a strike from teenager Mateus Mané .
Boos rang out from the away end - from the few West Ham fans that remained - as the referee blew up for the break, and the statistics make for grim reading for the Hammers.
According to Opta, in the last two seasons, the only two times that the team at the bottom of the table have led by 3+ goals in a league match have both been against Nuno.
The first was when, quite ironically, West Ham stormed to a 3-0 triumph over his struggling Nottingham Forest side at the start of the current campaign back in August.

Is there any coming back from this, or is a change in leadership needed at West Ham?
