Girona vs Arsenal LIVE: Pre-season friendly latest score and goal updates

Arsenal will officially kickstart their pre-season campaign when they take on Segunda Division side Girona in Spain on Saturday.

The Gunners recorded a 3-0 win over MK Dons in a behind-closed-doors friendly last weekend before jetting off to Spain for their warm-weather training camp.

And fans will now get a first chance to see Mikel Arteta’s side in the flesh since their Champions League final defeat when they take on Girona at Estadi Montilivi.

New summer signings Christos Tzolis will start his first official for the club, while Piero Hincapie, Viktor Gyokeres and Kai Havertz will also feature having returned to training following the World Cup.
