The opening match of the new EPL season is Arsenal vs Coventry City at 8pm on Friday, 21 August 2026, with Hull taking on Manchester United on Saturday 22 as well as massive kick-off matches from Everton v Crystal Palace and Nottingham Forest v Leeds. The season starts a week later than usual due to letting the players get some well-earned rest after the end of the World Cup, leaving them raring to go.
