Bruno Guimaraes' agent teases Arsenal with Vinicius Jr post amid agreement claims

The agent of Newcastle United star Bruno Guimaraes has dropped a major hint about the midfielder’s future amid ongoing interest from Arsenal . The post from the agent also offers a hint about the future of Real Madrid forward Vinicius Jr.

Arsenal have been heavily linked with a move for both Guimaraes and Vinicius this summer as the Gunners continue their preparations for their Premier League title defence, which gets underway next month.

There have been a number of reports claiming that Arsenal are moving closer to striking a deal with Newcastle for Guimaraes, with suggestions that a £77million fee could be on the table.

Further uncertainty has surrounded Guimaraes' future following the news that Eddie Howe has departed his position as Newcastle manager.

Subsequent reports have indicated that Howe's decision to leave St James' Park was made in the knowledge that Guimaraes would be sold to Arsenal on a permanent basis.

Amid the swirling speculation, Guimaraes' representative, Alexis Malavolta, has fuelled rumours that both Guimaraes and Vinicius could find themselves in Arsenal colours before the summer window closes.

Malavolta shared a photograph on his Instagram story, showing Guimaraes and Vinicius celebrating together during a match in which the pair featured alongside each other for Brazil.

Consequently, the post looks set to intensify speculation that Arsenal could complete the signings of both Guimaraes and Vinicius before the summer transfer window slams shut on September 1.

Arsenal do have a genuine interest in signing Vinicius, despite reports that surfaced earlier this week suggesting the Brazilian is anticipated to stay at Real Madrid beyond this summer's transfer window.

It has also been reported by football.london that it remains early to predict what lies ahead for Vinicius, with Arsenal still firmly in contention should the 26-year-old opt to depart the Santiago Bernabeu.

The Gunners have been actively pursuing a new attacking option this summer and were previously linked with Morgan Rogers, before the England international completed a £117million move to Chelsea from Aston Villa .

What ultimately awaits both Guimaraes and Vinicius remains to be seen, with both players currently enjoying their summer break following their participation with Brazil at the World Cup.
